Had to put one on reserve. When stock came in, had an email straight away. Was able to order very easily and have now had it delivered. Would have been helpful if it stated being sent in 2 parcels at the beginning as I'm sure I didn't see anything about it until I received an email for delivery of a second package. Excellent service from the company.

Very quick to get my order

Laser on the circular saw lasted one week, chuck on the combi drill comes loose when using in hammer... actually quite annoying. Initially weld had come of circular saw guide but was replaced promptly from one in the showroom. Batteries do not last that long when cutting wood, used the four batteries in the kit by mid day, I suppose it was used on the circular and jig saw. Product is ok in quality... not as the lady said...."Makita and Dewalt insides??? Don't think so. To be fair we do use our tools quite hard and these were bought as short term replacement to keep me going as my tools had been stolen and they have got me through my jobs.

No issues I can speak of, delivered within a few days of being ordered. Packaging was decent and the item arrived in perfect condition. Can't really ask for more to be honest.

Excellent and such an easy website to use, from placing my order to the ease of transaction. Very helpful emails in regarding, payment, order numbers and lumberjack tools contact options should they be required. Regular delivery updates received and drivers name ( DPD) up to point of my actual delivery, which incidentally was less than 24 hours of placing my order! The bench mounted combined belt and disk sander and the bobbin sander arrived undamaged and were perfectly protected. Minimal set up with easy instructions and were each running within 15 minutes of unboxing. The build quality is as good as any other of the same generic sanders that are under different retailers with their own livery and brand. But…… and a big but….. is the incredible prices that lumberjack offer as well as any promotional discount deductions included. Both machines have plenty of power to cope with all grades of sandpaper against your work, and are surprisingly quieter than expected. I see no reason why these sanders shouldn’t last along time if they are looked after and kept within their operating parameters . I can honestly say that having used the other well known main retailers for machinery in my workshop at home and several others in- between for smaller items, Lumberjack are head and shoulders above the rest for price, customer care and delivery. I have already made a list for the next items I intend to purchase, it’s a no brainier! I’ve purchased several items prior to these sanders and the quality and service was exactly the same, which is why I come back. Just try them, you honestly won’t regret it! But don’t tell everyone or they will be out of stock to soon again! That is the only problem I can fault with Lumberjack, and that they do not carry or buy in as many units as other retailers do, ultimately leading to having to buy elsewhere without the customers care and price, especially when you need it asap. I’m pretty sure Lumberjack will get better with this issue and their buying power will be able to keep up with demand. It’s part of being a very successful company that has grown in popularity very quick after a restructuring in their choices and customer care. Thank you Lumberjack, see you again soon!

I work as a Electrician & have always used branded like Dewalt or Makita they have become very expensive, so web searched & this brand lumberjack popped up, read about them & invested glad I did used solidly for the last 4days & the batteries are still going ( I purchased the 8piece kit) only thing not used yet is circular saw but everything else in kit is high quality as good as or not better than the named brands. Check them out you won’t be disappointed.

Next day delivery, great service - great tools

I am always a bit dubious when placing a big order for tools. I had nothing to fear from the drill to the circular saw to the impact driver torch and vacuum and the angle grinder genuine quality and just felt good in the hand great choice of batteries to go with the tools could do with a dual battery charging station but that's maybe just me. I am well impressed and have also recommended it to friends. Now actively looking for projects to do now. Great bits of kit double thumbs up 👍👍
