Me and my partner went for his birthday yesterday. First impressions were amazing, the set up and friendly staff made it even better. Everyone was so welcoming and the instructors (pudding and cupcake I believe) were fantastic!! They made us feel so welcome and had some great humour making us feel at ease. The chilled vibes are an added bonus! Was definitely worth the money and will be returning for my birthday soon! 21IN Scroll saw SS533V out of the box took two people to get it on to the work bench, straight away very impressed with the build quality 10 to 15 mins set up time table and blade straight and level, on start up could not believe how quiet this thing is compared to my old 16ins thumper full throttle very little vibration so able to work throughout the night without waking anybody up was able to complete a work piece just over 38ins in length with a bit of ducking and diving. excellent price at £330.00 am i pleased absolutely would i buy again without hesitation YES would i recommend absolutely keep up the good work in supplying tools as good as this big thank you Brian

Have bought from Lumberjack Tools before and have been very pleased with my purchases. The last purchase there was a problem with the delivery of one of the items but a quick phone call to the customer service section and this was resolved within a couple of hours with no fuss at all. arrived with flat battery. metal disc fell off end. obviously not checked properly. Quite disappointing for first purchase from this company. Also sent this info direct to Lumberjack No response as yet
