Customer service staff sent a replacement tool because Evri had not delivered the original order, despite having 3 weeks in order to do so. Tool is powerful and solidly built. Great value at £30. Will be buying from Lumberjack in the future.
Ordered online very easy Delivery very good Only had it a couple of days so only used it once but if it keeps performing like it did it will be money well spent.I had some pallet wood so I tested it on that and I still don’t believe how good it cleaned up
This review is not for the company but the woodworking bench they supply. It looked ok in the box, but as I put it together several shortcomings became apparent. The vice is hopeless as is, the screw is very loose fitting as are the support bars that require shimming to make useable - after a fashion. The finish on the wooden parts is very thin and patchy, even rough in places, but the worst part is the top (which is made of very short offcuts glued together) is that it is not flat but drops by a few millimetres towards both the front and back edges. The holes for the metal dogs are ok but the wooden dogs are undersized and much too loose. The drawers are ok but mysteriously creep open over a period of time. The general construction is sturdy enough although the top is a bit thin. Overall it could be a good bench, but it isn't.
Products seem ideal for a keen DIYer happy with the table saw and for the money seems great
For the first time I’ve got my self some Lumberjack cordless tool only a few for a start to see how they are. Well I was very pleased with the ones I got so now I think I’ve got about 15 different ones and love them all
Have not used yet, however the “manual” that comes with it was awful and does not give any information about how to use!
Once they traced my missing item, they kept me in the loop and replaced the item.
The bench top thicknesser is excellent quality and easy to set up. Delivery was very speedy.
Ordering was quick and easy and my tools arrived promptly as was promised.
Not opened or used the items yet as they're Christmas presents. But service and delivery can't be faulted.

I'm not the kind of person who likes paying over the odds for branded power tools if I can get something cheaper that's up to the work I need it for; so when I came across the Lumberjack professional pendulum 750w jigsaw for under £50 I thought why not. It's the first power tool I've had from Lumberjack and I have to say that it's extremely well made. The first thing you notice is the weight. This thing is rock solid and heavy. You know straight away that it's going to be up to even the toughest of jobs a diyer could face. Add to that the speedy delivery and communication from Lumberjack and you know you're dealing with a great company that sells quality tools. This may be my first purchase but it certainly won't be last. 10/10 for service and build quality

I've been using Lumberjack tools now for over six months as my old ones are starting to fail after decades of use. I wish I had found them sooner, what can I say.... As an experienced DIY'er these tools are the best and at a great price I'm glad I didn't spend all that money on the well over priced branded tools, these are just as good and half the price. Great for beginners because of the price and great for tradesman for the quality and build. Defiantly recommending to my friends.

This would have been 5 stars but for the lack of customer service. I purchased a mig welder then because none supplied with machine and no instruction I purchased mig wire. I purchased 100mm spools to fins they did not fit. I telephoned at 08:30, as their web site, not open! So I telephoned at 09:00 to be told the machine takes 100mm and 200mm spools. I was then promised a telephone call in about an hour. At 10:30 I then contacted them by their web site expecting some sort of reply to my question. It is now 13:55 and still they do not bother to reply.
