If I Change My Mind…. If you wish to return your item due to not being required or if you just simply change your mind…. you then have 30 Days in which to return the product, providing it is complete with all of the component parts included, unused it its original packaging with the original bill of sale. You will have to arrange the return of the return of the goods yourself and we advise that this is sent on a tracked service. We cannot accept any responsibility for damage caused by your carrier. ITEMS MUST be returned in original packaging. We are unable to accept return of a products which is not in it’s original, undamaged packaging. We will refund any amount due to you within 14 days from the day we received the item(s) back.
The product looks good but have not used it yet however what I can say is, I ordered on the Friday lunchtime and it was delivered the following Monday afternoon, I was given a time slot for delivery so there was no hanging around thats what I call good customer service and I would certainly deal with this company again.
Can’t fault either the quality of item or speed of delivery. One of the good companies!
Ordered 99pcs drill bit set and after 11 days of waiting for it to arrive I was issued a refund without my knowledge and marked as "customer changed their mind" with absolutely no explanation given. Totally unprofessional. 0 stars in my book. Never recommend this company.

I purchased an MT 300 multi tool , I was very pleased with how it worked & thought good value for money . Sadly it soon developed a fault with the on / off switch , phoned Lumberjack & the fault was soon resolved. Not only value for money but also good after sales support . Ordered mitre saw at Harrogate woodwork show delivered 3 days later then ordered a stand which arrived next day . Both pieces really well built and sturdy . Saw accurate on cutting mitres very happy with my purchase

I bought a £299 mortiser from Lumberjack. 1 of the Senior managers lives in my area unbeknown to me .It was delivered by him.The next day I found a fault with the machine called them up,the young lady Sharna ? Was very helpful. 2 days later the machine was swopped. I am unable to use the machine until Saturday, The service and support was tremendous. I will now most likely buy the cast iron table saw

I had received the nail gun on time as was promised The product up untill now works excelently and i'm very pleased with it. I was not sure what nails to buy so i telephone the company and the staf were very helpful. i would rate the lumber Jack company five stars.
