If I Change My Mind…. If you wish to return your item due to not being required or if you just simply change your mind…. you then have 30 Days in which to return the product, providing it is complete with all of the component parts included, unused it its original packaging with the original bill of sale. You will have to arrange the return of the return of the goods yourself and we advise that this is sent on a tracked service. We cannot accept any responsibility for damage caused by your carrier. ITEMS MUST be returned in original packaging. We are unable to accept return of a products which is not in it’s original, undamaged packaging. I used a shipper to get these tools to Africa. Very hard to find anything like it here. Lumberjack Tools worked with me despite the difficulty of having a shipper, and the product reached me in great shape. The band saw works fantastically, and was not hard to put together for such a big item. My belt sander has already helped me to make a set of beautiful salad serving forks. I love the tools, and appreciate the great communication with Lumberjack Tools.
