If I Change My Mind…. If you wish to return your item due to not being required or if you just simply change your mind…. you then have 30 Days in which to return the product, providing it is complete with all of the component parts included, unused it its original packaging with the original bill of sale. You will have to arrange the return of the return of the goods yourself and we advise that this is sent on a tracked service. We cannot accept any responsibility for damage caused by your carrier. ITEMS MUST be returned in original packaging. We are unable to accept return of a products which is not in it’s original, undamaged packaging. Great build quality and value for money product with excellent customer service but they are sadly let down by the courier company that they use, which pulled them down a star on trustpilot otherwise they would have easily made 5 stars
Just got the ok from the boss and got a few new toys. The 10” table saw the 8” band saw 6” bench grinder the 1200 watt chip and dust collector the big workbench and 12” double bevel sliding miter saw. Still in boxes as still building my shed / cabin they call it but looking forward to big opening. But fantastic service from Lumberjack 2 day and delivered some items surprised me as not as heavy as I thought had bit of trouble moving them in wheelchair but got there. Only a few items left on list to get but no doubt it will the same fantastic service from the ladies and they will go out of there way to help you. I would give 10 stars if I could
Ordered a 1/2 inch router, a 8 inch Mitre saw and a 13mm bench drill. The router came with a broken piece and manual that was hardly any use whatsoever, I had a couple of pieces which were not even in the manual, had to get in touch for a replacement broken part and to ask what the pieces was and how they fitted to the router, this took a week to sort out. Saw is ok but again I had to get in touch to find out where something was as the manual was absolutely useless. The drill is ok, had to find on you tube how to fix the guard, as again, the manual was useless. Quite expensive for what are low-budget tools, they are in no way professional tools. I will not be buying from Lumberjack Tools again, I will either pay the same price for better quality tools or pay a cheaper price for low budget tools which these are. Cannot recommend Lumberjack Tools

Just bought a pt254 planer Thicknesser and I have to say I am very impressed, I didn’t expect it to be as good as it is for the money. I speak from experience, and have used much more expensive machines in the past. The tables were co planer straight out the box, the fence was accurate straight out the box 90 degree spot on. Even came with a stand, great value Even the thicknessing scale was dead accurate, Well done lumberjack Ok it’s a bit noisy but I can live with that And I would have liked a dust chute adapter up to 100mm Would definitely recommend Regards. Purchased a 254 compound miter saw which worked ok after adjusting it so it cut accurately. On first blade change the spindle locking button disintegrated. Spoke to the company on three occasions to try and get a replacement but they couldn't supply one. They still sell the saw but there is no after sales support. I will not buy another tool from them. UPDATE AFTER LUMBERJACKS REPLY. i was told they could not order the part and that the saw was a chinese import that was sold under different brand names and to try getting the parts elsewhere.

Brilliant saw cuts with ease and battery lasts. I bought this saw to cut up some pallets at work it went through 3 -4 inch blocks with no problems and still had plenty of charge left in the battery. It’s a good solid saw.
Very good tools, quick for spares, just love the whole experience.
