If I Change My Mind…. If you wish to return your item due to not being required or if you just simply change your mind…. you then have 30 Days in which to return the product, providing it is complete with all of the component parts included, unused it its original packaging with the original bill of sale. You will have to arrange the return of the return of the goods yourself and we advise that this is sent on a tracked service. We cannot accept any responsibility for damage caused by your carrier. ITEMS MUST be returned in original packaging. We are unable to accept return of a products which is not in it’s original, undamaged packaging. I have a number of Lumberjack Tool items, with my latest purchase complimenting them all. They are quality products, that are practical and reasonably priced. Delivery has always been spot on, delivered either on or before the delivery day stated. In my opinion, I would definitely recommend that you try their products and form your own conclusion.
Enquired about the new Ltd edition planer on Thursday morning. A day or 2 after their Jan sale had finished. Lumberjack honoured the discount and the planer arrived Friday evening. Easy set up and what a great bit of kit. Customer service was impeccable so much so that I'm thinking of upgrading my table saw to the Lumberjack cast iron one. Great experience. 1 happy customer
Great customer service, I annoyed them no end about delivery and delivery time, was very patient and professional with me on every call, product arrived with no damage and was all up and ready in about half hour. Free tools aren't much cop but to be expected, I reshaped and sharpened and they are better, the machine works well and the motor seems powerful enough for the sized projects you can fit on it, the lock offs on the arm and the rest aren't great and I found the rest moves at times so make sure it's very tight, all in all a good company and a good lathe. Hope it lasts a long time.

The castor wheels sent were roughly 80 mm smaller than advertised/ ordered. Return label was only valid for main post Office Depot so had to drive 12 miles to return. There was no compensation for wasting 1.5 hours of my time or the travel cost to return the wheels. The box was torn due to not being well packaged for heavy items so I had to make improvements to packing for the return. Wouldn’t use this company again.

I purchased the largest collection of 20volt powertools in september. I have just got round to using these and found over half the products are faulty from new. I contacted the company to request a full refund as this is just unacceptable. I was told be them that they will accept them for repair or replacement. This would be acceptable ofnit was one item out of the products but its not the case. Nail gun has never been able to fir a brad or a staple. Hammer drill cuts out when in use. Drill chuck opens mid drilling. Batteries failing with 2 bars out of 3 left and one battery that fails totally when used. Circular saw cuts out mid cut causing rough edges and splits. The plunge saw does not work as it should and is to violent in its working when. The multitool will not retails blades and qhen it does it has no power to make cuts etc. I would not recommend this company to anyone and i am now going to have to look to take this further as these tools are not fit for purpose. ************************** In response to the reply on here. The items were purchased 7th October that i believe is 3mth not 6mth and as i told them. With this amount of issues they all need to be refunded not repaired

Great easy to use website and delivery was a lot quicker than I expected. As for the tools I ordered and haven't used them all yet, but the ones I have, have been of no less quality than what I have traditionally had. However having to replace so many tools at one time and faced with spending thousands or Hundreds on Lumberjack, I thought I would chance another and went for the cheaper option. In this instance I am happy with what I received, the battery life,quality and finish is equal to the Major Brand I used to use. VERY SATISFIED
