If you wish to return your item due to not being required or if you just simply change your mind…. you then have 30 Days in which to return the product, providing it is complete with all of the component parts included, unused it its original packaging with the original bill of sale. You will have to arrange the return of the return of the goods yourself and we advise that this is sent on a tracked service. We cannot accept any responsibility for damage caused by your carrier. The product is of good quality. But the construction instructions leave a lot to be desired. they appear to be generic and do not cover the product supplied. When fitting the drawers the inserted pegs to prevent the drawers from falling out do not allow the drawers to be fitted to the unit. The bottom of the drawers are veneered MDF board and have no support at the front this is a professional work bench therefore the drawers may be required to hold items that are heavy thus causing the drawer bottoms to sag.

First of all, the thicknesser was delivered within 24 hours, excellent service and, at a great price. Initial thoughts on limited use, superb quality. The helical head is brilliant, a cut above the majority of the competition, in my opinion - I’m a keen hobbyist, not a professional. That said, there is a huge difference in the quality between my old trade quality machine and this one. The four sided tungsten carbide blades make this a no-brainer for me. I’m delighted and would highly recommend Lumberjack and this machine. I will certainly be checking out other available products.

Easy to navigate website. Good price. Quick delivery. 2kw Heater slightly small for my garage, should have chosen 3kw, my decision! Also be aware that 2kw doesn't have any tip over safety cutout and therefore still runs if knocked over..place in a safe position!
