If I Change My Mind…. If you wish to return your item due to not being required or if you just simply change your mind…. you then have 30 Days in which to return the product, providing it is complete with all of the component parts included, unused it its original packaging with the original bill of sale. You will have to arrange the return of the return of the goods yourself and we advise that this is sent on a tracked service. We cannot accept any responsibility for damage caused by your carrier. ITEMS MUST be returned in original packaging. We are unable to accept return of a products which is not in it’s original, undamaged packaging. We will refund any amount due to you within 14 days from the day we received the item(s) back.

Was looking for a table router and lumberjacks had some good reviews, ordered it and it arrived next day, well packaged, lumber jack had a very helpful video on what was in the box and how to assemble, I had made a movable stand for it so its all ready to go now, very pleased, it also came with a 35 piece bit set.

I bought PT305 for nearly £1k. Build quality is terrible. Sent 1st one back. LJ said they inspected 2nd machine before sending. It was worse than 1st. Delivery of 1st one was a day late. Collection of 2nd machine was a day late. LJ say the courier is reliable. So it must be LJ at fault then? 2 complete days wasted waiting for no show delivery/collection. Was lied to and have emails as proof. One minute this is the reason, the next its something different. No apoolgy when they were caught out, just no response to email. My advice, buy a different product from elsewhere.
Prompt delivery / well packed / easily assembled / quieter than I expected / overall good value for the price paid. Not used enough at this early stage to comment on durability but the build quality looks good and it appears suitable for the diy jobs it's intended for.
