If I Change My Mind…. If you wish to return your item due to not being required or if you just simply change your mind…. you then have 30 Days in which to return the product, providing it is complete with all of the component parts included, unused it its original packaging with the original bill of sale. very fast delivery. bought the one with the helical cutter after some deliberation. costs about 250 gbp more than a standard thicknesser. it was 600gbp. glad i bought it. expensive but worth it.

Ordered WB1200DC3 bench on Friday and it was delivered the next day. I telephoned with a query a few days before I ordere9d it and the lady was very helpful. Assembled without any issues and fitted some lift casters to make it easier to move, it looks great, very pleased.
Delivery was fast and the extractor itself is a good bit of kit. Well, I think it is. I haven't had chance to use it yet because, while the main body of the machine is solid and easy to assemble, the clips used to secure the 100mm hose are low quality brass spring clips of some kind and don't tighten enough to hold the hose in place so I'm currently waiting for some jubilee clips to arrive from Amazon. I get that it's a cheap price for what seems to be a great machine, but Lumberjack just need to spend a little extra on the included clips.
Tools are great, but I ordered some blades for the multi tool which did not arrive but the parcel wrapping was torn so they could have fallen out. This was sorted very quickly but for me only to find that they were the wrong blades and I had to go through Amazon to get the right ones, it's not very clear on the Web site on replacing cordless multi tool blades.

I’m very pleased with the heavy duty workbench I bought. My only complaint would be with the delivery company - I had no notice at all of their first delivery visit, so I was not at home to receive it, and they were late on their second visit.
