If I Change My Mind…. If you wish to return your item due to not being required or if you just simply change your mind…. you then have 30 Days in which to return the product, providing it is complete with all of the component parts included, unused it its original packaging with the original bill of sale. You will have to arrange the return of the return of the goods yourself and we advise that this is sent on a tracked service. We cannot accept any responsibility for damage caused by your carrier. ITEMS MUST be returned in original packaging. We are unable to accept return of a products which is not in it’s original, undamaged packaging. We will refund any amount due to you within 14 days from the day we received the item(s) back.

This company’s customer service is first rate. I had occasion to avail myself of their help when discovering a minor product flaw. The communications were excellent. I would say I wasn’t the easiest of customers to work with and despite a misunderstanding on my part, they were happy and willing to continue working with me. The minor issue was totally resolved to my satisfaction. The item itself, a cast iron top benchtop router table is excellent quality and nothing comes close for the price; I know because I did a lot of research and product comparisons prior to purchase.
