If I Change My Mind…. If you wish to return your item due to not being required or if you just simply change your mind…. you then have 30 Days in which to return the product, providing it is complete with all of the component parts included, unused it its original packaging with the original bill of sale. You will have to arrange the return of the return of the goods yourself and we advise that this is sent on a tracked service. We cannot accept any responsibility for damage caused by your carrier. ITEMS MUST be returned in original packaging. We are unable to accept return of a products which is not in it’s original, undamaged packaging. Ordered my planer thicknesser after opening an account on Lumber Jack's website and it arrived within 48 hours of placing the order. Very little assembly required and the machine was up and running within half an hour of opening the box. The set up was spot on so no adjustments required. Machine operates perfectly, leaving a finish that requires little or no sanding. A must have piece of kit for the hobby woodworker. Competitively priced with excellent after sales service. Will definitely be doing more business with Lumber Jack in the future.

I found L.J. tools at the Newark woodworkers show and bought a track saw. at an incredible price. When I got home I went on the internet to check their web site out and found I could add extra track to expand the use of the saw of which I promptly ordered and paid for. When the track arrived I found there was a metal joining bar missing. I phoned the sales department strait away and spoke to a very nice young lady who promised to send out the missing piece and would arrive within the next three working days. To my delight the part arrived the following day Thank you L.J. Tools for your great customer service. Bought replacement blades for a table saw from their own website. They sent me the wrong blades. Now they want me to send the blades back at my own expense before (hopefully) shipping me what i ordered.
Great value, solid workbench and the best construction instructions I have ever had
Bit disappointed with the overall quality of construction, some bad joints in legs, very flimsy wobbly vices, some damage to underside of tray, poorly stapled. The base within cupboard section is not flat. I will have to add a base to cover existing. The workbench is much lighter than I expected and moves around when I'm working on it.
Items arrived very quickly, good quality, and well packaged. Good price, and versatile design, but the MFW200 could be even better if it was supplied with angled cross braces to make it even more rigid; I fitted my own cross braces and it makes a huge difference to the strength and stability!
I found instruction's very hard to follow they had changed some parts but no mention in the paper work.
