The delivery driver exhibited a lack of customer service by declining to bring the heavy item inside the residence and abruptly leaving it by the front door. This inconsiderate action caused inconvenience for the elderly resident of the household.

Delivery was on time and delivered inside the house, thanks.

We had 2 doors delivered by Ged today. The service was fantastic. Ged is a credit to the company. Give this man a raise!

The courier dumped the door at the bottom of the stairs so my mum couldn't access her stair lift or access her toilet and she lives alone and is 78. If you see someone uses a stair lift why dump the door at the bottom of the stairs??? have some common sense.

Good-looking door arrived promptly - with excellent feedback about delivery times. Shame, perhaps, that the delivery was some 15 minutes after the given time slot - but that's picky.

After taking delivery of our door the supplier went into liquidation this was a problem because the door was damaged when delivered so we made inquiries to who was the manufacturer we found out it was LPD doors From first contacting customer service to taking delivery of the replacement door was a real pleasure the customer service couldn't have been more helpful the new door was delivered when they said by a very pleasant and helpful driver.
