Beautiful door delivered in perfect condition by very pleasant driver. 30kg means a solid, soundproof door, and quality is excellent. All primed and ready for me to paint. The panel mouldings are totally uniform. Will be a handsome door for many decades to come.

We expected the doors that we ordered to be delivered next month, but they have arrived a month early, that's a bonus. I got up early expecting to have to wait a few hours but the driver came really early, brilliant! Having to wait for someone to hang them for us so I don't want to take the packaging off yet, but glass feels in tact. ( Finger's crossed ) Wonderful driver, considering he must have got up at the crack of dawn, he was very pleasant & polite. Altogether a great service.

I had a terrible experience with LPD Doors. They sent me a door that was clearly previously returned, as the inner packaging was ripped open and then resealed, concealing damaged and faulty items inside. The door bar was so badly bent that it was impossible to install. This was clearly not a new product and felt like a second-hand item they were just trying to offload. When I reached out for a replacement, they refused to take responsibility. It’s incredibly frustrating to receive a defective product and then be denied proper support or replacement. I expected much better, and I would strongly recommend avoiding LPD Doors if you want quality products and reliable customer service. Reply to LPD - As I’ve already explained, your team has repeatedly refused to help. Or simply ignored me. Instead, you’ve passed the blame to Wickes, despite the fact that the door was shipped directly from your company. It’s incredibly disappointing to see LPD Doors shirking responsibility after sending out a damaged, clearly used product and then refusing any support. To make it clear for others considering LPD Doors: the item I received was defective, and LPD Doors has refused to take accountability. Selling faulty goods without remedy violates consumer rights, and I’ve reported this to trading standards. If you’re looking for quality and customer service, look elsewhere!!
