Ordered a few doors from LPD as was recommended by friend and they were cheaper than my local builders merchants (even with my trade discount). Ordering was easy, gave them a quick call to check delivery time. Spoke to a real human using a real telephone. Items were delivered on time by their own van. The delivery guy was so friendly and couldn't do enough to help. Well done LPD, as Arnie said, I'll be back!

You don’t make it clear that your couriers can’t carry the doors into the house therefor I was on my own in the house with Covid really unwell and your couriers couldn’t even carry my doors into the lounge for me so I then had to carry them with him just through my front door on my own he was polite and friendly and it wasn’t his fault ! I just don’t agree with your policy there and if that’s the case this should be made clearer as I ordered through trading doors and no one mentioned this to me ! And my doors were made bespoke took ages to come o paid a small fortune for them and it just doesn’t seem like a very good service for that type of door I had made

Delivery on time and polite delivery man

Bought a door through Wickes. Delivered direct from LPD doors. Door was damaged and finished poorly. Offered me £15 refund on a £140 door. Absolute joke of a company. Would never buy anything from them again.

Can't fault the delivery, or the driver, he was excellent, only the time. Was given a timescale 12:04 to 14;04 and that was perfect as I had a Dental appointment at 10:50 and knew I would be home in time. My phone rang while I was in the dentist and I was unable to answer. I left the dentist at 11:20 with sufficient time to drive home, but got another call at 11:40 from the delivery driver as i was driving home saying he was at my house with the door. Fortunately I was only now 5 minutes away, so he said he would wait, which he did. He had placed it in my porch, but then carried into my house. Found out that he had called me whilst I was in the dentists chair to explain that he was early, but had decided to continue the delivery when i did not answer. However, it all turned out well, fortunately, and he was very helpful, so only a star off for not being at the correct time.

No communication to suggest there would be 2 short, even the delivery note had 11 doors, but the hand held scanner showed the 610mm only being 1.. I’ve now had to rearrange allsorts. Couldn’t you have just let us know? Please rethink your communications process. When are expecting the 2x 610mm to arrive now? Nobody at this stage appears to know!

Came early and happy with the service

Delivery was 1 and a half hours late from the two hour time slot I was given. Had to sit and wait from 4pm when finished work, until almost 6:30pm. When I rang to see where my delivery was. I was told both times, "you're next, should only be 20 minutes". Driver is given too much to deliver in one day.

looking to replace some damaged oak door stops but they are only available in the full door lining sets not as a separate item, very frustrating.

Our delivery arrived right on time. The delivery guy unloaded the nine doors that we ordered and carried them into our house. Above and beyond great service which is rare to see this day and age.

Order came through on time door looks good though not fitted yet driver waited for me to arrive home and was very helpful. Would use again.
