Great service great delivery driver polite and very helpful

The doors look great, we haven’t unwrapped them yet as waiting for carpenter. Only issue we have had was the delivery, we were told they were going to be delivered between 715 and 845 on Sunday morning, whilst we were out on Saturday I received a phone call from the delivery driver to say he would be delivering them in 25 minutes. Normally wouldn’t mind but we were an hour away from home, I said I couldn’t take the delivery until the next day, the driver seemed quite disappointed that we were not sitting at home all weekend waiting for them. He then text to say he would deliver at 645 on the Sunday morning, he turned up bang on time and quickly unloaded them and brought them into the house.

Worst most chaotic shambolic company we have dealt with in years. No communications, unreliable, deliveries late and missing components. Complete Russian roulette if you use this company. We won’t again. You have been warned. Read all the other reviews. ALL say how poor this company is.

What great service from start to finish they were delivered ahead of schedule and the delivery driver was exceptional I had recently had surgery so was not able to assist and he was good enough to bring the doors all the way through to my lounge

Delivery placed online and pretty much immediate response. Delivery arranged with option to change. No issues annd door delivered without any problems. I’d definitely use again and recommend.

Purchased several (10 in total) LPD Vancouver Doors 2023 and all look great except some are changing colour. Complained to the supplier who visited the house and confirmed it was sunlight damage. He duly put it to LPD who immediately rejected it stating it was to be “expected”. The doors are obviously NOT UV stable but this was not made aware to us at purchase. The doors were purchased to match new flooring of a similar shade of grey and the floor has not altered shade a single bit. To say we are disappointed with LPD’s response would be an understatement given we spent a total of around £2000 on the doors. Customers should be told that light can discolour the doors when buying them and not in a leaflet in the packaging after they have been purchased , Overall beautiful doors extremely disappointed with the finish and LPD doors for not addressing a genuine complaint . Thank you for your reply I realise wood can change colour I have laminate flooring and it has not changed colour . I would accept a door shading might slightly change from grey to a different shade of grey but I have one door where the full door has changed colour from grey to light tan which is a completely different colour from all my other doors .

Ordering was a very easy process, huge choice of Doors of all kinds, arranged delivery, was delivered on time , great quality doors carefully delivered to your door.

I cannot fault the service provided from initial ordering of five internal doors to the delivery. A special mention must be made to the delivery driver, Mark whose assistance in placing the doors where I wanted them was no trouble at all. Thanks Mark.

I ordered 10 LPD Oak Vancouver doors from my local builders merchant. I unwrapped the first one and was delighted with it. The quality and finished looked excellent. However upon unwrapping the remaining nine doors I found only one further door that was without defects. 3 doors have veneer missing all in roughly the same place on the lower right-hand edge of one face. The other doors have a range of defects in the v joints between the panels which include woolly grain, specs of metal, or lumps of what I presume is the finish that has been applied to the door. This was reported on the 13th of September and I still await a response from LPD and I'm left with doors that I cannot fit. I'm told that the rep for this area has left the firm but as I'm only an hour and a half away from Leeds I fail to see why someone else cannot come out to review the doors or indeed why they cannot issue replacements. Very disappointed and very frustrated
