Purchased an external LPD door (LPD Hardwood DX30) for my garage last year. Despite being fitted and protected straight away the door has already started to delaminate - Poor quality product! **UPDATE 09.07.24** Hi, thanks for the response. I have already raised the problem with Door Supplies Online and included photos of the delamination on my Google reviews. Not sure if I was unlucky and just had a "one off". If not it will hopefully help you improve in the quality control of the product. Regards, Rob.

Helpful and cheery delivery driver
From first placing my order I was kept up to speed on the progress of my purchase about which happy . The delivery driver turned up between the alloted hours and carried it right into my house 🏠 . All in all a happy bunny thank you.😀. Just unwrapped the door I purchased and being a retired joiner I found the quality of the door excellent,now for the hard part I have to hang to it, I forgot just how heavy doors can be .😂
The whole order process from talking to staff a week ago to the delivery today, the advise and quote was easy to accomplish. I was a little bit worried about the door quality but I was proved to be worrying for nothing. The bonus was that the driver was cheerful and super helpful. I'll be buying more doors from here.
I took delivery of a door from this company on 11 June and I am impressed with the quality of the door. Delivery was good and I was given the date and estimated time of delivery. I could also track the delivery van on my phone finding out what number drop I was and which drop the van was at, which was so handy. Thanks for a good experience.

AVOID LPD!! Whilst I’m in another room talking to my builder. Rude, arrogant LPD delivery chap walks straight in my slightly ajar back door to my kitchen & starts taking a picture. I question him he then takes my new door & leaves it out in the rain. I’m currently in the process of calling the supplier (Wickes) to collect the now warped door!
Really pleased with the quality of this black industrial/steel style wooden door. We have a couple of existing metal (aluminium) doors that cost many times the price and this looks as good. The finish is also very good and seems to be well constructed but obviously time will tell with that. I was happy it was also a dedicated specialist delivery - less chance of damage.

Ordered oak frame from local builders merchant, contacted byLPD giving tracking number, and you can actually see delivery van in real time which is great. Door frame is very well made and finished.When looking for frame some merchant’s have size as door size some as frame size, contacted LPD,very helpful sending email with dimensions and it is max door size so perfect for what I required. Will definitely recommend and use again.

I ordered this for thorough wickes who were supremely unhelpful regarding delivery. I called LPD doors who went out of their way to find a resolution to the problem. I spoke to 3 departments in the company who were all helpful and an arrangement was made that worked with me. I don’t have my door yet but it looks really beautiful in pictures and is very fairly priced. My advice is, deal direct with them-I wish I had from the start.
