I had 3 deliveries from this company, and their drivers were all very helpful. I had made a mistake in ordering a door, and wanted to return it and buy another. This was done without a problem, and the REALLY good thing is that the driver collected the unwanted door when he delivered my corrected one. Sensible planning - but sadly not very common, it seems!
Driver informed me when he was 20 mins away which was appreciated. Delivery smooth, no issues.
