Great selection of sizes and styles at a sensible price. Haven’t bought doors for decades, used to be a terrible experience. Ordered two clear pine doors in a size not offered by many sellers. Half expected doors to arrive battered and warped but they were both absolutely immaculate, wrapped in plastic, not a scratch or dent. Came in a small LPD van, delivered on time by a friendly and helpful guy. Doors are robust and excellent quality, including the finish. Delighted.

The time taken from order to delivery was very good but spoiled by very bad communication on the day. Times given were incorrect and I didn’t receive the 1/2 hour notice call which they said I would have. Luckily and unexpectedly there was still a builder in the flat who took the delivery.

The doors I ordered were delivered on time as promised and I am very pleased with the quality of said doors.

Product arrived damaged

Fast delivery. I was not able to meet the driver however he was excellent. Called me and sorted out where to leave the door safe, Excellent service.

Delivery was 1 hour late. They gave me a 2 hour slot on a Sunday morning 07.30-09.30 driver turned up hour late 10.30, on the tracker it was saying he was on delivery no 15 and I was 16. That was ar 07.00 so got up ready thinking he wasn't going to be long. I told him he was late, he said ah traffic was bad and traffic lights!. I said what on a Sunday morning!. Also told him I was watching the tracking and he was sat a the services for over an hour. He said it was breakfast. Why didn't he call to say? Tried to call LPD on no. They gave but they are closed on a Sunday.

A lovely man called me to say that he was 10mins away with my new door, he came on time and was very helpful, friendly, his name was Ged.
