Very good service
I have spoken and corresponded with Joe on several occasions now, he is helping me to find a permanent residential care home for my 95 year old Aunt. He has been absolutely amazing. He is so patient, informative and supportive. He is still working hard to find the most suitable place for lovely aunt. I would have been completely lost without his support. He has taken some of the stress away. Thank you. Lottie is a fantastic concept and the staff are incredible.

At a time when you're often in crisis dealing with a very emotional situation and also having to deal with "life admin" for the minefield that is the care system, Lottie Care is a lifeline to getting you the information you need at a time when you need all the help you can get! After a long hospital admission my newly disabled husband was being prepared for a longed for discharge. Although NHS community re enablement was offered we knew ultimately we would have to self fund. The Lottie site found me after I searched for local home care and gave me a shortlist of 4 agencies. Lottie has a very clear website. I found it though a search engine and within a very short space of time I was able to contact local care homes to talk to those running them (about care for an elderly uncle). When I spoke to one of the customer service people (Katy Jones), she was both efficient and empathetic. I was quickly in touch with two possible care homes and, in a matter of days, my uncle was transferred from hospital to the care home.
I spoke to Hannah today about the care requirements for my grandma. She was very helpful and knowledgable and has taken a massive weight off by helping identify a suitable carer. This is an invaluable service for people needing senior care.

I needed to carry out some research for future use regarding care homes in the SW of England and emailed my questions to Lottie. They replied quickly with a convenient date when we could talk on the phone. The lady to whom I spoke was very polite and very helpful and, even though she couldn't answer all my questions there and then, she agreed to go away, find the answers and email them to me A potentially difficult conversation turned out to be very easy and productive

I had to find a care home for my elderly mother to go to after a hip replacement operation. I did not know where to start, and knew nothing about care homes. She needed a short stay, and the Lottie representative explained everything to me and was very reassuring and caring. She really put me at ease, and started looking at suitable care homes for me. From that I started to get a much clearer picture of what the options are. She also spoke to managers at the homes so that when I phoned them it was much easier to get through and speak to them.
