I was looking for Beige sandstone. After looking online at many companies, i came accross London Stone and called into their showroom in north London. I was really impressed with the help i received from both Mark and Krish. They know their products and you can see them before you buy. I gave them a plan of what i wanted, they helped me calculate the corect amount for what i required. Really pleased.

I booked a delivery date, but at the last moment the delivery firm delayed the delivery a day. No explanation, other than the load ‘was rather heavy’. All over the web site, it states that if the delivery couldn’t be achieved due to my error, I would be subjected to a redelivery charge. I had hired assistance to shift the load that I had to pay for twice - yet no recognition of this from London Stone or the delivery firm.

Recently bought 2 bullnose granite steps from North London Showroom, collected them from Langley the next morning. Fantastic service and communication from all involved. However the edges had not been cut square to the nosing! But not obvious until we tried to lay them. Wasted time and compromise to achieve an acceptable result and avoid an unsightly tapered butt joint.
