The delivery was smooth, on time and efficient. Very skillfull with maneuvering the crane to fit materials in refined space. The sales people ensured I had everything I needed. They took the time to answer all the questions I had and were very informative and helpful.

The ability to walk into the shop and see the tiles was very helpful from a customer perspective, as many shops only have a small range of sample tiles. The advice we received was helpful and courteous. Even with the available space, we did feel that the driver wasn’t sufficiently careful in dropping off the tiles. A branch of our tree was taken out unnecessarily, and we would wish that greater care is exercised in dropping off the tiles.

Lovely Corten steel trough and next day delivery

Price and delivery excellent but when I opened one tub the jointing compound was rock solid even though the plastic appeared in tact. Luckily I bought 10 tubs and only needed 9 but if I’d have needed all 10 I would have been in trouble. London Stone got straight back to me offering a refund of the faulty tub when they read my review but the guys must have taken away the faulty tub along with the rest of their kit and the rubbish. No worries though as my point was make sure you over order just in case. London Stone get a 5 star rating as they would not have known the tub was faulty and were very prompt in offering a refund if only I still had the solid stuff!
