I ordered 3 wall tiles for outside. The delivery was £120 which was really high. I paid this as I did want the tiles but this price was really borderline for me. There was no room for negotiation on the price and this must have been possible as I wasn’t trade. 1 of the 3 tile broke when cutting. My builders have cut hundreds of tiles for me with no breakages. I wasn’t in the position to pay for another tile with another £120 delivery. Just not flexible. Not impressed. And sceptical around the quality. They look fine though. In response to the below. The item came on 1 pallet and was not delivered the next day ! It was placed on the 3rd and arrived on the 11th. Not sure why 3 tiles would come on 2 pallets as you mention Updated. Great service response related to the above. Service was great. Product looks really nice. The issue was around the sales process and delivery more than anything. Thanks for resolving

Popped down today, impressive range of paving on display. Met with Drew whom was extremely knowledgeable and helpful with advice on paving options and composite fencing. Will be looking to use this company when ordering supplies for our garden landscaping work.

Products were really good. They only delivered half of the order which in meant it cost me in wages because of the delay in receiving the other half of the product. They resolved the situation quickly and Mark Richardson got in contact and assured me that they will compensate me in some way. Highly recommend.

Easy to review paver types, with colour photos and clear pricing with bulk or single brick options. Delivery dates to suit customer, and a friendly and helpful delivery driver who also put the pallet where I needed it. Great service, would buy from London Stone again.
