There was a great selection of laid pavers set in an outside landscaped space, so it was easier to envisage the products in a home environment. I live an hour away from the Kent Showroom, but it was definitely worth the trip!

London Stone were good at advising me on the most suitable cleaner for my Indian sandstone and I am pleased with it and its results. I ordered it online. As I live a considerable distance from a London Stone showroom, I paid an extra £10 to get it delivered by courier. DHL, the courier service, were disastrous. Although they promised to deliver it to a local shop and assured me it was on its way it did not arrive. Eventually London Stone sorted it out. However this aspect of the sale was a pain and I would not use the courier service again.

I am very happy with the paving stones and the service apart from delivery. An early morning slot was arranged with the 5 pallets to be craned onto site. My builders were on site at the agreed time. However, when they arrived the pallets were in the street and no sign of the lorry. The guys then had to handball them all onto site which was a big job.
