Customer service was good. Delivery was bad. Instructions not followed. Bricks just dumped. No photo of delivery. Had to pay someone to clear them to an appropriate place

Ordered from Danny at Southampton branch and delivered on time with text confirmation along with live tracking. Excellent service and great product no damage. The driver took his time and slung the pallets to ensure no broken slabs! 100% satisfied.

Good service and goods but delivery (some extra grout) cost a much as the product!

Utterly brilliant customer service from the transport people. They went out of their way to accommodate my changed circumstances and help get my delivery sorted out. Very good service and product. Delivery was prompt and was well packaged, so no broken or chipped paving slabs.The natural stone with various surface markings was just as expected. We had to match the new slabs with those previously used in the garden some years ago and these blended in well. Ordered on line after visiting the showroom and this was an easy process.

Great communication and great service

The website has a major bug that caused them to take a large payment from me without them accepting an order. Called up and they insisted it was the bank that had declined the payment, and said the money would be back in my account in a day. This was not the case and I only got my money back after making a complaint through PayPal. The refund did come without question after going through PayPal, but not a great experience having to do that. Showrooms were nice, and staff were nice if overnight incorrect over the phone and in store. I'm very happy with the paving slabs I received.

Good service all round

We were recommended to look at London Stone for our new patio, along with Marshalls. Trying to get to see Marshalls products ‘in the flesh’ in an appropriate setting is nigh on impossible. We decided to drive an hour to visit London Stone’s showroom in Birmingham. Absolutely the right decision! Apart from the superb layout, making it very easy to visualise the products in close-to-normal settings, we were greeted and given valuable information on the different options, styles, etc., by the manager, Jessica Thiari. The whole experience was very friendly and professional, right down to the time (and samples) proferred to us. I will update the review once we receive our order and the tiles are in situ.

Easy to order good price exactly what i .was looking for

Loved the flag stone we bought at a bargan price. Looks great on the patio. The delivery went very well and the driver was helpful.
