London Stone were excellent on a Saturday collection when the crate of paving slabs would not fit into my car. They spent extra time instead of going home earlier to cut up the crate and make sure for it to fit. Excellent service!

Steel Grey Slabs have scratch lines all over them and slabs are bowed upto 4mm from End to end. Terrible product not what it used to be.
Next day delivery...then not out for delivery until 3 days later. Website plasters free delivery all over it to find that no its not. £150 delivery fee!!! I ordered over £600 worth of materials!!! Delivery driver was really good and kept me informed and the quality of the products are fine. Let down by NEXT DAY DELIVERY, FREE DELIVERY claims. Had the option to collect for free if I wanted a 6hr round trip and dartford crossing charges!
