Helpful and knowledgeable staff. Chose decking at showroom. My job was quickly planned and costed there from my measurements, and a couple of small changes were easily set up over the phone, and all went well. Delivery was by crane and very smooth, despite being from street over hedge and tree, into small front garden, and i was kept informed on arrival time. Product looks great now fitted..

What a great experience using London Stone. From ordering to delivery it was all made so easy -everything arrived on time and nothing was broken - no paving tiles got broken whilst cutting -apparently this is quite common with Porcelain and so far, the slabs look great.

Delivery should have been to No 2 Devonshire Mews South but it was delivered to No 12, 150m away. We only found it when leaving site to go home.

I CANNOT FAULT THE SALES TEAM AT KENT SHOW ROOM. THROUGH SOME DIFFICULT TIMES WHILE DOING OUR TWO PATIOS AND 2 VERY BAD LANDSCAPERS THE SALES TEAM HAVE BEEN THERE FOR ADVICE AND KNOWLEDGE. MY ONLY NEGATIVE ABOUT LONDON STONE IS SOME OF THE DELIVERIES. ODD TILES DELIVERED AND JUST LEFT ON PAVEMENT WHERE THEY COULD BE TAKEN WHILE SOMEONE WAS HOME BUT THEY DID NOT KNOCK BUT EVEN WORSE WAS TO ALLOW POINTING AND SUCH MATERIAL TO GET ABSOLUTELY SOAKED AND DELIVERED UNCOVERED RESULTING IN COST TO THE COMPANY AND HAVING US DISPOSE OF IT.

Fast and efficient order; competitive prices. Unfortunately two slabs from my delivery were already broken. I contacted the company and was refunded after 5 working days once I showed the photos of the broken slabs. Helpful staff. I would order again from this company.

Purchased a granite bullnose step for a restoration project in France. Great quality product that was available in just the right size. Delivered on time at a very fair price. Many thanks to the very knowledgeable and helpful staff.

I ordered the Light Buff Sandstone, and went to a show room to check what it looked like. On ordering I was disappointed that there were so many plain grey slabs (over 50%) in what was supposed to be a sandstone with a natural variation pattern in the stone. While there is a caveat that there will be variation of slab colour and texture in a pack, they weren't even the same base colour as the textured slabs, and just looked like a low grade concrete.
