Having used London Stone many times over the past few years, I cannot recommend them, and in particular, Drew, from the Kent showroom, highly enough. I originally went to them to source a specific customer request, now they are my first choice for any sandstone, granite, marble, limestone etc. They have maintained a personal contact, so I can always deal with the same person, either by phone or email, whenever I need to. Often I need a quote for two or three different types of stone, so the customer can make an informed decision, Drew will always get back to me within 24 hours with all the information I need, as well as the availability of each type of stone, delivery times and often advice on how to order as economically as possible.

Helpful advice great communication and prompt delivery

Long lead times, paving arrives by a pallet courier the pallets were repacked and were covered with cement!? Clay pavers with cement stains, they were obviously returns and stacked badly, I expected some chipped edges but I would say at least 60%. Waited over 8 weeks for delivery so I chose to use them as I haven’t got the time to wait and argue, poor quality and service for a premium price. Buyer beware.

Very helpful and reliable

Very happy with the Proteus Grey 3m Pergola recently purchased. Assembly took a while but very pleased with the result. Delivery driver also helpful on day of delivery which was early.

The tiles are amazing and the services are first class. Due to the delay on our projects, I have to reschedule the delivery a few time. The staff can't be any more helpful in meeting our requests and without any charge on the rescheduling. Thank you London stone.
