Was lucky to get discounted porcelain tiles in the colour I wanted and thus at a good price. Excellent quality product. Delivery was reliable even though outsourced. Invoice was accurate. Tiles were individually protected by cardboard. Placed a second order weeks later and got the same batch code. I would happily use them again.

I recently needed some extra Clay paving for a client that we'd worked for earlier in the year, but unfortunately the stock had been discontinued. However Stuart Williams and Sam Hughes(at the Birmingham showroom) went out of their way to help, and managed to secure the small quantity I needed.

We visited the showroom and got some great advice that helped us make our choice of paving stone. We then ordered online ( the quantity calculator is extremely helpful ). We were able to book delivery on the day we wanted. Delivery was on time, professional with excellent communication in the days prior. The stones (limestone pavers in midnight black) are beautiful, no breakage on delivery. We highly recommend London Stone.

Great range of quality products, this is my second purchase of tiles from London Stone. The only issue was the cost of the delivery for such a small order, this was resolved by collecting from their distribution centre which was super slick

Very good service and delivery however only wanted a few clay pavi g slabs delivered and they charged an extortionate amount for delivery.

From order to delivery everything was as said it would be.

I was advised to order the Kandla Grey Indian Sandstone Paving for the front of my house. I explained that it would be a high-traffic area where bins are kept. I was sold Stone Grey GftK vdw 850 joint mortar for £131.00. It turns out that this is a really messy grout to work with, which stains the Sandstone with its tiny particles that have seeped all over the paving stones. I was not advised to buy a sealant. So I now have grease marks on my brand-new doorstep from some clumsy takeaway delivery driver. And it turns out that the high-porous Sandstone is actually a really bad idea for a high-traffic area! After spending £££ on getting the front of our house done, I now have to deal with a high-maintenance paving stone that won't age well. Not impressed with the advice given or the products sold to me.
