It was our first time using London Stone. Found it on the website and called up to ask few questions and that was the time we realised that there is a show room close by so we decided to pop in. We met Jason Kimber there and honestly, he went above and beyond to help us in every way. I manage my customer service team professionally and I wish I have Jason in my team. He was that good. He is kind, professional, tonnes of knowledge and his way to approach customers are just amazing. We all know that we can compare the products online but having a good experience with a customer service team plays a huge role to using it again and also to recommend the company to others especially to those who we care. Jason made London Stone extra special and I will be recommending to everyone who are looking for slabs! Thank you!

Helped me out after i made a mistake

I ordered Granit Slabs on the Wednesday & Paid For same. I asked for Delivery for the following Monday. They were Delivered to site @ 8am on the Monday. The process was easy & @ good competitive cost. The Sales staff were very helpful throughout the Process

London Stone were easy to deal with, from initial enquiry regarding the product, to shipping. Their pricing was good and although it was only a small order it was speedily dealt with, - I'm happy.

I visited the middlesex showroom today to browse different aspects of tiling. I was met by two very energetic and happy young ladies. I believe one of them was in training but the other friendly lady came outside and talked me through all different types of paving. All aspects of maintenance and pros to different types. Explained I could go purchase one full size tile to take home and view in my own environment. She went into extreme depth to let me know all my options for the bespoke steps I will eventually I am not ready to order for my project for a few months but I will definitely be coming back to London Stone to make my purchases. Such lovely ladies a real credit to your team. They should be rewarded for how well they did with

Very proffesional from point of sale to delivery, Isabelle told us everything we needed to know on the relevant products, we agreed on one. from that point on the process was very straightforward, through to your delivery driver who was on time/ early, very helpful and polite.

Langley branch is a vile place.Rude lady who works there. Not helpful at all. When asking a question got sarcastic rude answers back. Felt belittled by her. Asked for a bespoke quote and was told no go to a showroom. Counter area and outside in disgusting condition.

Easy purchase, good choice and great advice

A word of warning: visiting the showroom might be a waste of your time. What you see there can be completely different to what you may receive. We chose a sandstone Mint for its light colour. Before placing the order we visited the showroom twice. The Sandstone Mint display in the showroom was very light and uniform in colour. However, what we received varies from dark brown to very light green/grey. Although we were told that colour varies we never expected this huge variation. In addition they failed to provide us with all the information needed to make the right decision. It is a very long story to be told here in detail. I asked for a 35% refund as I’m stuck with a patio that I don’t like and I feel I didn’t choose but was offered either a 10% rebate without prejudice or to receive a few slabs to replace the dark ones ( Labour not included). We rejected both offers. For me it’s very important that future customers are aware of the clause “variation in colour” .In my case, I feel they send us whatever they have available at the time, without any thought or care when packing the batches.

I viewed the Rovere wood effect porcelain at the showroom which was a warm brown which matched my internal flooring. While I was away, the builders received the porcelain and started to lay it. When I came back that eve I discovered it was a really really light batch that looked almost grey in the sun. London Stone, although polite, have simply stated it is a light batch and colour variations happen. I agreed but not to this extent. The area is very large and extremely costly and now very disappointing. I would not like this to happen to anyone else.

Good quality porcelain step as described. Loose one star for delivering two pieces on a pallet using a 12+ wheeled lorry. They wouldn’t allow me to collect from the shop. I spoke to customer service and they said it would be a van and completely ignored me. I dislike customer service when they don’t tell truth and / or just say yes to placate you , ignore you and carry on.

I have purchased 5 steel planters for my small London garden and they look amazing! Like buying a new sofa for your lounge. London Stone could not have been more helpful when I needed to swap one for another size. Very happy as are my plants

The delivery was made on time with no breakages. The product was of a high standard.
