one of the bags was very lumpy which means it had probably got wet before it got to us. very tricky to work with as it got stuck in the gun all the time.
Co-operation from a number of your staff when we arranged a part collection. The remaining items were delivered on the agreed time. We found that we had over ordered ,the supplement materials were taken away on the same lorry ,again first class service. The credit note was promptly forwarded. A great experience dealing with London Stone. Comprehensive range of quality products. Prompt and efficient delivery of the porcelain tiles and grout that we ordered, and excellent customer service. We had a query this weekend, a number of months after our new patio was done. I dropped a query via the company's WhatsApp, and within 20 or so minutes, not only had I received a series of helpful messages and associated links, but I also got a call from Jess at the company to talk through my query. She was superb, and was helping me post sale, when I wasn't necessarily in the market to buy anything new. She is to highly commended!
