Brought a pergola less that 12 months ago from this company through Butts Landscaping. Neither of which are taking responsibility for the pergola now falling and breaking in various places. So not only do we have three broken tiles but also a pergola that cost £1,626 and i haven't even had a summer out of it...as it has snapped legs. The quality of this product is clearly not up to standards as i believe it should be sturdy and not able to fall over and pull 3 slabs up and crack another. I am highly disappointed and wished i done more research in who i spent my money with and clearly cheaply made and flimsy materials . As for an item to not even be able to hold a winter and be no more than 6 months old i am in shock. Would avoid buying any products as they are unfit for purpose.

Miss sold products. High damage percentage of materials upon delivery. Does not accept returns. Company nothing more than a middle man. Buy direct instead. Any professionals stay clear.
