Two slabs were broken. We did order additional slabs to allow for cuts, but did not expect to need to order extra for delivery breakages. For two broken slabs we haven't complained, but we were were asked to submit a trust pilot review, so this is it. This is probably good for LS to know so packaging and or lifting can be improved.

My second query was never acknowledge or answered.

Easy to use website, with stock level indication. Warehouse staff happy to load my vehicle, and the front desk payment a pleasant exchange. Recommended!

Great service as always

Excellent customer service, the chap at the warehouse/depot was especially helpful.

Firstly I found that they have a WhatsApp service for advice and sales. I sent a message and promptly had a response from Jess. Jess informed me that my system wouldn't work with there system which I heard many times before and was trying to work out a way around this. Around 2pmins Jess WhatsApp me back with plenty of expert advice and kind advice to try and assist. I have struggled with this project since Xmas and Jess gave me the best advice and assistance I have had in the previous 6months. Thank you so much!!!

Great product and service. London Stone is an excellent company with an array of wonderful products.

I did not actually purchase from London Stone in the end as the products did not meet my requirement, but dealings with the company and especially the helpful staff member at the Farnham showroom were excellent. There are so many script readers in customer services these days it is really refreshing to meet someone who knows their products and how they can be used and provides advice.

Staff extremely helpful, on the telephone and on arrival at the reception on both occasions, when I visited the collection site. Have already recommended further customers to use the website as very happy with the quality of the slabs. Thank you Heathrow location
