Prompt delivery. Delivery driver was very professional, friendly, and efficient. Good quality stone that matched the items on the website. (5/3/2024) I have updated my rating as I forgot two things: 1) The team allowed me to change the delivery date to a date that was earlier than the original selected date, due to my builders changing the order of work. This was handled with extreme professionalism and courtesy. 2) They have a text system that alerts you when they delivery is going to take place and later when the driver was a few deliveries away from me.

Great service sending samples

Great service all round. Fast delivery and simple order process. My only downside would be the high delivery fees. Only having a small garden, I paid £65 for a delivery of one small pallet of tiles.

I have just had my first order from this company, including some bespoke materials and couldn't be more pleased with the quality, delivery time and customer service. I got to know about the company through their sales rep Michael, he first sent an email to introduce himself and then arranged to come and have a chat on site at my convenience, from there on he provided me paving samples and I knew due to his knowledge we would be doing business in the future, he even phoned on the day of delivery to check everything was ok. I will definitely be using this company again.

Second time buying a piece of quality shaped stone (doorstep) from these guys. Just as good as the first. Excellent product, professionally delivered and at a good price. 10/10 again!

Dealings with London Stone were perfect but the delivery contractors were non-communicative. Delivering 4 separate loads on different dates as opposed to the original delivery plan.

Excellent customer service given

Based in Manchester visiting the London showroom wasn’t possible. Web ordering was easy and the range of stone and finishes made selection easy but was slightly apprehensive as being an Architect I like to see all materials in person (this is a domestic project at our home). Stone was delivered on time but slight issue in the end coping colours were brown compared to the rest of the copings that were grey. Spoke to Sophie who shipped replacements in closer tones and old copings taken away. Simple, straight forward and no hassle. Amazing service with our builders wanting London Stone details as better quality and service than local companies they currently use. Thanks James

Arrived as scheduled, pavers were lifted directly into our garden by a crane on the lorry which worked well. Very pleased with our new pavers.

Very informative and helpful at the showroom. Goods turned up on time as planned and with no fuss, even though the access was difficult. Driver was very helpful even though he had been stuck on M25 for 3 hours. Very good service overall.
