Easy to order ,wonderful support from the team. Only the delivery driver was a bit moaning about delivery location, but nothing I could do about this.

Ordered samples to try and match existing clay pavers that we had. Samples arrived beautifully packaged and in very good time. We followed this up with a pallet order but since the lead time for Scotland was longer than we wanted with their courier we opted to arrange our own. The sales people couldn’t have been more helpful and friendly and ensured the pallet was all ready for collection. The product is beautiful and has made a fab path. Wish more companies operated to the level that London stone do.

super helpful staff - fast efficient service

Bad service! Sold us a load of incorrect (discontinued) components, charged us £65 (plus a bunch of paperwork) to send them back. Then claimed some components had been lost and boards were damaged (damage and loss were done in transit as pics were sent before of all items and their condition). Didn't provide what they were supposed to... then knocked us on our refund! Go elsewhere if you can.

A brilliant service from beginning to end. Online support extremely helpful, went above and beyond any service I have had before for online shopping. New stock was available to complete my order on the date they had advised it would be. It was delivered the day after I ordered it by an extremely helpful courier. The product is fabulous and exactly as described. I looked online at many company’s for planters like this. From my experience trying one other company and reading countless reviews this is the company you want to use without a doubt. It’s cost me more but was worth every penny.

The sales advisor on my latest order didn’t know the products they were selling unfortunately. This lead to me receiving an order of Millboard decking with bullnoses that didn’t match each other! The boards that my client picked don’t have a matching bullnose. If the advisor knew the products my client would have chosen a different board that had matching bullnoses. Unfortunately I had unloaded all the boards up lots of steps and through a house! I had to place another order of boards, on top of the original order meaning I was thousands of pounds out of pocket! They wouldn’t send out a new order and exchange/pick-up the wrong products. They also tried to deliver the boards to a house up the road twice, the delivery guys (who were great) were given the wrong house number. The previous order of porcelain slabs on another job also arrived wrong, a completely different slab! They did sort it out the next day but I still lost a days work due to their incompetence. They seem to be a victim of their own success, they used to be very efficient. I’m not sure I’ll use them again…

Good service however x3 slabs broken .. think this had occurred before leaving the despatch yard so could have been prevented
