Natalie White was absolutely amazing, helped me in seconds to get a new freezer drawer order sorted out after a lot of time spent trying to work out how to do it via other websites. Lovely girl.

I've needed a few spares for my fridge freezer over the years. In every case, Liebherr have been amazingly good to deal with - and far cheaper than other online sites. Which isn't to say cheap, but I just ordered a replacement drawer front for £28 which is £51-£138 on line. Plus you know you are getting the right, and genuine, part for your model. I had one set of metal bars replaced free of charge because, although outside the warranty period, they shouldn't have corroded that soon.

I had a problem with a damaged, new fridge-freezer door but the manufacturer; Liebherr was exceptionally helpful and professional, (unlike the retailer who shall remain nameless). It leaves us very happy with our purchase and we can get on with life unhindered by a fridge door....need i say more. Ah and of course, Trudie King in particular was brilliant. What a great customer services team. Many thanks Trudie and Julie too.

We had problems with freezer compartment on our fridge which was coming to the end of its warranty. Engineer came three times to no avail. We have today received a new fridge in exchange for the old one. Thanks Shelley for your very efficient and friendly handling of the situation from start to finish. Couriers were good lads as well Very pleased Arthur and Rita

I needed parts for our built in fridge during lockdown it was difficult to get through but once contact was made swift resolution of which parts and excellent delivery was made. The packaging for the parts was too big is my only criticism in the days we are trying to reduce waist

Ersatzteile und Zubehör bestellt. Zuerst wurde falsches Zubehör geliefert. Es gibt keinen direkten E-Mail Kontakt um die Bestellung zu reklamieren. Telefonisch wurde eine E-Mail Adresse genannt. Dort haben wir zwar keine Antwort erhalten, aber dafür das richtige Zubehör. NUR war dies Defekt. Da kein Rücksendeschein vorhanden musste ich dies auf eigene Kosten zurücksenden. Auf Erstattung der Kosten warte ich seit mehr als 2 Wochen obwohl das Paket nachweislich eingetroffen ist. Liebherr baut super Kühlgeräte, aber den Verkauf sollte sie wohl lieber den Profis überlassen!
