Customer services responded to my emails within hours. They ordered me a replacement which part expected 10-12 working days so mid June. It came 3 working days after ordering. Fantastic service.

Recently moved into a flat and freezer wouldn't work. Struggled to find details of make/model but after googling worked out it was a Liebherr. Called customer service they told me it was last made in 1999 (!!!) so little information on it but managed to find a manual and I can finally turn it on. Very impressed.

Called parts department and spoke to a gentleman who was very rude very unhelpful and very argumentative. Before calling the spare parts department I had previously emailed and sent in photos of the part that I needed for my customers. Their fridge that was being installed today and we needed to rectify the situation as soon as we could to provide good customer service to our client. I had an emailed response back from customer service very helpful and they told me that the part would be sent out free of charge immediately. This is fantastic customer service! it’s a shame that the gentleman I spoke to at the parts department wasn’t as helpful earlier. Maybe a little training required for him is needed.

I needed to replace the the handle on my freezer and went onto the Liebherr website to scource a replacement, I found the required part very quickly, however I wasn`t sure about fitting it so I emailed the company to ask for advice. Within about three hours I received an email reply (and a phone call!) from the service dept. They apologised for the issue I was having, and attached a comprehensive pictorial guide to assist me in fitting the replacement handle. Needless to say I`m delighted with the exceptional service they`ve given. Thank you Liebherr, Outstanding customer service!

I wrote a slightly light hearted request for a part and I was pleasantly directed to the on-line shop for parts, having submitted the model number, and duly bought the components based on the exploded diagram. I subsequently had an email telling that some of the parts that I had ordered were duplicates, as I had not realised from the parts diagram that the part ordered, a glass shelf, already had them attached. I have been given a refund of the parts not required and I hope the delivery will take place soon. I have dealt with Liebherr before as a private customer and I think that the quality of the Service Department is exemplary, as indeed are the goods that I have purchased over the years. I wish all firms were like this!

Continuously having to throw out freezers full of food due to the freezer deciding to defrost itself as and when it wants to. Of course it's out of warranty so I'm just told to reset it. I was assured this was a good quality brand, but for a 'frost free' freezer to keep icing up then completely defrosting itself, I feel not. Save yourself some hassle and get a cheap one from Currys! Least then you won't have to bin so much food.

Excellent customer service. Really loved our fridge- sturdy interior fittings fantastic for our family- but had a problem with operation . Emailed company who responded very quickly and sorted everything for us. Happy customer.

Excellent service. My fridge is1 years old and two 2 time I have a problem with freezer From emailing them with the fridge serial number to receiving less then 72 hours, 1 email, their response email and 1phonecall which lasted no more than a minute or two. A very efficient easy service and fixing for me so nice service .

We had a tiny split appear in the seal of our 6-month fridge freezer and Liebherr supplied a replacement door (we also had the option of booking an engineer to fit a new seal). Although we had to wait for the door to arrive from Germany it arrived sooner than expected. Terrific service.

Was helped by the customer service rep to find and order the correct part. Took 2 weeks to arrive and had to chase for delivery update but all good.

I strongly advise you not to buy this brand. When our fridge door after a year of work wasn't closing ( seeling problems), we did call technical support and everything they were doing was instructing us how to fix it ourselves. We were permanently on the phone with them because the instructions given one by one all failed. After all our hassle, they informed us that only engineer for our aria is on holiday and he will contact us when he is back. Until then our fridge has to stand with the door opened !!!!!
