What outstanding customer service, brilliant and so refreshing. Thank you and well done. I had occasion to contact them yesterday following collapse of the bottom hinge assembly on my fridge. Not only did the young women understand what I was requesting, she identified the part required, emailed me a detailed sketch whilst on the phone just to verify the item and then confirmed items were in stock and the collective cost including shipment. I ordered them on a 1 to 3 day delivery, their normal, and guess what?, they arrived by courier this morning, and they are the correct items. Very impressed. Thankyou

Ordered an extra glass shelf for my new LIEBHERR fridge and unwittingly additionally ordered the steel trim and white plastic backstop. However, customer service quickly identified that these 2 extra items were included with the glass shelf so they reimbursed me immediately and I received the complete glass shelf the next day! Extremely efficient and helpful - most impressive. Thank you.
Terrible service and a very noisy 3 month old freezer that Liebherr will do nothing about. When you can hear your freezer from 25 feet away and it’s vibrating you would think that this would be considered an issue, but no, Liebherr consider this to be acceptable. I’m just going to have to cut my losses and scrap it.
I have had a recurring issue with the condenser unit in a large upright Freezer model 4355. Liebherr quickly attempted to repair this under warranty but to no avail. After a brief call with Shelley in Customer Services, she arranged a replacement freezer which was delivered promptly and without any distress. The old unit was collected 4days later once we had set up the new unit and brought it to the correct freezing temperatures. A completely stress and trouble free experience, rarely seen these days where very few want to accept responsibility etc but full marks to Liebherr and Shelley in particular for making this such an easy resolution. Liebherr now have a Customer for life.

vegetable draw damaged, phoned to speak to Candice who asked for a photo. within 48 hours a new vegetable draw had been delivered. That is what i call fantastic service. Well done Liebherr Would recommend this company to everyone

I had a problem with my Liebherr fridge-freezer and was very impressed with Natalie White in Customer Services who was prompt in her replies and extremely helpful.
My Liebherr wine cabinet has failed for the third time in 2 years. Eventually the technical manager has told customer service that he wants an engineer to look at the appliance. However, an engineer has already looked at, and had to repair the unit twice. There is a denial that there is anything wrong and I want either a new appliance or my money back. I would never buy a Liebherr appliance again.
I accidentally damaged a door on my fridge/freezer and am so happy to have had a first-class pleasant engineer attend very punctually to fit the new door promptly sent from Germany. This is a brand worth sticking with. Coincidentally we recently replaced our 7ft upright boot room old Bosch freezer with a Liebherr just before my accident. So pleased I changed allegiances to this Company. This is a label to covet and have confidence in. My fridge performs too - I like the Biofresh system. Thank you Liebherr. Ten out of ten for service!
After eleven years of trouble free service I needed to change the light bulb in my fridge. A call to Liebherr was answered immediately. I was given the code number of the bulb, which could be purchased from my local hardware shop, and the service manual arrived two minutes later by e-mail - along with advice on which page to turn to! Remarkably swift, friendly and efficient service!
I could not have asked for a better service. Fantastic! I contacted Lierbherr with regards to a fridge I had brought in October 2020 as there was a crack in the door handle. I had completed a web site warranty when the fridge was purchased. Shelley asked for the reference and photos of damage to the door. I e-mailed these across to her and the next day I received an e-mail back confirming that a replacement door would be send. I received the new door within two days.

Really useful customer service, Shelley went the extra mile and looked for the information I needed rather than making me wait for a call back from an engineer. The information she gave me was enough to solve the problem immediately!
Thought I had a problem with a fridge still under warranty. Liebherr stepped up and organised an engineer visit. Turns out problem was with the cabinet door- not the fridge. Had difficulty cancelling the visit over the week-end. Need a better system to cover such situations- hence the 4star rating rather than a 5 star rating.

Having purchased a Liebherr fridge/freezer over 3 years ago, I was most disappointed when the alarm kept going off and the temperature in both compartments rose. Fearing an expensive repair or complete replacement, I contacted the customer support team at Liebherr who responded the next day and from my description of the problem, offered 2 possible solutions. The reset worked and now I have a fully functional fridge/freezer with no annoying beeping or temperature fluctuations. Thank you Shelley, great support and I appreciate it.
Top quality service when arranging a replacement freezer drawer. An accident (involving home-made mango sorbet) saw the smaller drawer in our Liebherr freeze crash to the ground and render the drawer unusable. The website for ordering the replacement part was excellent and easy to use, so it took just a few minutes to identify the right part. Unfortunately, as the item was being shipped to Northern Ireland there was an issue with shipping (thank-you, Brexit) which resulted in a short exchange of email and a phone-call to arrange payment. All very efficient and friendly. Well done the Customer Service team. Thank-you!
