Liebherr has given me great customer service. They replaced my fridge, and went above and beyond to make sure the client experience was good. I am very impressed.
Excellent service. My fridge is 17 years old and two of the door shelves had started to crack. From emailing them with the fridge serial number to receiving the shelves took less then 72 hours, 1 email, their response email and 1phonecall which lasted no more than a minute or two. A very efficient easy service.
Such good service purchased fridge in May but only had operating instructions in every language but English. Now a happy customer.

Fridge stopped cooling just after six weeks due to manufacturing defect ruining food. Left two weeks without fridge freezer to be told I need to order a new one. Also, I registered the warranty on the day I received the fridge only to be told by Liebherr (six weeks later) that it still hadn't been processed. Apparently, the warranties are processed manually and there are limited staff. Not sure why this can't be automated and it certainly doesn't instil confidence in what is purported to be a reliable brand. Edit: The customer service team response was "We can send you a replacement or you can contact AO for a refund; it's your choice" (I chose the latter option). To any prospective customers of Liebherr, please think twice before making a purchase. Also, if you look at the negative reviews posted on the Liebherr Global Trustpilot page you will see the common issues reported and blasé customer service responses are quite similar.

After 7+ years of trouble free service, with regular defrosts, the water defrost channel decided not to drain away. Received prompt and simple instructions via Candice how to unblock the plug hole (not blocked before). Thank you.

My fridge freezer developed a fault just over the two year guarantee period. The customer services team were all excellent about giving me advice to try and rectify the problem. However, the fault persisted. All the appliances’ guarantees were deemed to have started on the date that the kitchen company signed off the kitchen as completed. However, it was more than a month later that this fridge freezer was first switched on for various reasons. So technically speaking it has not been used for two years yet ! Customer services were very understanding and kindly offered to send an engineer under the guarantee. So the 5 stars go to Liebherr customer services team. With regard to the appliance itself, I have always bought Liebherr appliances with confidence. This time I was very surprised and disappointed that such a quality item should develop a fault so soon after purchase.
I needed the bottom door hinge pin on an upright fridge. I phoned your service department who identified the part number and I received it just 18 hours later. Excellent service.
Our CN3915 fridge/freezer failed shortly after the two year warranty had expired. I was shocked and disappointed at that and contacted Liebherr customer services. They contacted a refrigeration company to come and repair it. The company was terrible however Liebherr must have paid for the visits (3 and not repaired). Liebherr customer service were very helpful and sympathetic but it would have been better if they had sent their own engineer. I received compensation from the retailer (John Lewis) of about 50% of the purchase price.
