I was really impressed as I thought I was chancing my arm as I had bought a table and 8 chairs 3 years and 1 month ago a the paint on the chair base had blistered and peeled off. I contacted customer service and it was not a problem for them to replace the chair part and it was with me within 3 days. Thank you.

Easy ordering process. Rapid delivery - delivery firm were excellent, communicative, on time & polite. Noticed a small paint chip on one of the chairs, response to my email enquiry was prompt & resulted in quick delivery of some touch up paint. All in all, very impressed - & the furniture looks fantastic in my garden. Happy to recommend.

Delivery was rearranged to suit me. Quality of product is good but did have to cut down the bolts that go into table because they are way to long for the plastic caps to fit properly. There was a part missing from Parasol base, after a telephone call the replacement part arrived in the post the next day
Nice quality furniture and looks great. Quick delivery. One problem with a screw that was damaged, but customer service very helpful and a replacement arrived the next day.

Have previously ordered a table and chairs and have been very happy with them. This bench is equally good. Very happy with the item. Some issues were sorted promptly and most courteously.

Came on time, Easy to put together. looks very nice, Only negatives, the arms on two of the chairs where a bit rough when putting your hands on them. Hoping bolt caps stay on would have liked screw on ones a few extra with the chairs would have been nice. I don't know if you can buy replacements. I would recommend this company though.
