Buying furniture from the internet is always a bit of a gamble because you don't know what it's going to be like. But in this case it turns out to be really good. I am impressed with the design and manufacturing quality of the furniture. It fits together properly and all the components were included. The chairs are really comfortable, even without cushions, and the table is sturdy. I am very pleased. My only concern is whether the powder-coating of the aluminium will last, but only time will tell.

I don’t know about this brand until I saw my friend bought a set of garden furniture of Lazy Susan. After I purchased my first Lazy Susan garden furniture (London Rose Bistro set) which I expected to receive a high quality standard furniture. However, I was deeply disappointed about the product quality that the paint chips were noticed on several parts on the table and chair. Furthermore, there was no logo of Lazy Suzan attached to either the table or chairs. The customer service is the only thing I appreciated was the quick response. The customer service told that this set design are unable to attach their logo plate. Unfortunately, I saw another set of their garden furniture in a garden centre that the logo plate was attached on the table as well as the centre umbrella hole has their own cover. I was again feeling very unhappy with their product.

Having had two sets of Lazy Susan outdoor table & chairs with absolutely no issues whatsoever, & still going strong, it came as a surprise when my latest purchase showed premature degradation of two of the outdoor chairs finish. I contacted Lazy Susan to inform them of the problem they immediately responded & following my submission of a couple of photographs immediately dispatched two replacement chairs. It is most worthy of note that even though the subject chairs were in fact out of warranty replacements were issued forthwith. Excellent & efficient service, thank you.
