Very pleased with my luxurious June garden table and six April chairs . Service from Lazy Susan was very good , pleasant member of staff on the phone, answering all my queries and made me feel special. I have had endless compliments and love the elegance of it all . The only thing that was a problem was the black screw/bolt covers , we found them difficult to put on and still not sure they are right . Very happy with the furniture and comfortable chairs. Only slight problem is that some nuts are too long so that the protective covers for the bolts do not fit.

Previously had lazy susan furniture that I am very happy with. The quality was great and they remain in great conditionafter 4 or 5 years in our garden. Bought a two seater bistro set which is of a very different quality. The set is very light, on construction a leg snapped easily showing internally a honeycomb construction. Lazy susan sent a replacement in no time, however I don't feel this set is built to last. The whole set is also very small, presumably another effort to save materials. It's not the quality I've previously experienced and in hindsight I should have returned them.

We actually claimed on your guarantee as the seats of our otherwise perfect chairs suffered from flaking paint. You dealt with this immediately and efficiently by sending replacement chairs. No hassle no fuss. DHL your delivery company failed initially but eventually both you and they managed to find us. ( The house is 150 years old so had a few deliveries) It would help you and customers if mobile phone numbers went to the delivery company and they used them if in difficulty. Very pleased with our new chairs.

The bench is cast aluminium and bolts together quite easily. It has an attractive bronze coating and it is a good sturdy bench that should last many years
