Great product, work needed on packaging. Product and delivery were as expected and the product itself is really good. (a spring washer was missing, but i could replace that) However there was soooooooo much plastic packaging it was sad, and not very environmentally responsible when there are so many cardboard options that can help with protecting bits from each other. The labelling on boxes was also misleading (we ordered 4 pairs of things, and the label on the box said 5 pairs), so we had to keep the delivery people onsite for ages while we checked everything had been delivered and that there weren't any mistakes.
I bought table chairs parasol and a bench, DHL lost/mislaid the order, Lazy Susan did not falter and sent another load out, polite and helpful staff, even open on Saturdays, very good selection of garden furniture and well made. 10 out of 10

Rapid and efficient delivery by Furdeco with good communication. Very well packaged. Easy to assemble and I am very happy with the table and furniture looks great on my Patio.
A very good product, sturdy construction, relatively easy to put together. Will last a long time. Only area I think could improve is communication after purchase. Got a confirmation email when bought, and then nothing again until day of delivery. May be worth investing in a ‘track order progress’ function.

Delivered in time slot. Time consuming to put together, but got easier as we finished chair number 6. Seems good quality and sturdy Time will tell.
The first parasol which arrived had a bent tube which was unusable, but you quickly replaced so all was well in the end. I like the garden furniture very much.
This wasn't a purchase, we had brought an oval table and 4 chairs 2 years ago. Had an accident with one of the chairs resulting in a bent leg at the top. When straightened it had a crack in it. Contacted Lazy Susan to enquire about a replacement leg and they looked at my old order and sent the correct colour leg FREE OF CHARGE. Great customer service.
