Mouse ate my parasol, I was gutted but whilst the mouse is (understandably!!) not the responsibility of the company, I was able to purchase a replacement at a reasonable price which arrived just 36 hours later. Good choice of seating - we liked the two seater Rose style. Delivery was prompt and though the outer packaging sustained some slight damage the goods did not. Seat was accompanied by clear assembly instructions and we are pleased with the assembled item. Not only does it look good but is comfortable to sit on with the additional cushion that we purchased.

Ordering is very straightforward with a very quick email confirmation and follow up. Delivery was very quick. The goods are top quality and I know from previous orders will last for years.

I have a large oval table from a competitor, who make Lazy Susans but will not sell them separately. Luca at Lazy Susan could not have been more helpful when I enquired about your Lazy Susans, and sent me a colour chip to match to my table. The colour is very close to that of my table, so I then ordered the 60cm Lattice Lazy Susan, and it looks fantastic on my table.

We had chairs that after two years the paint began to peel. Contacted Chichester branch and without any problem they sent us a replacement for the four chairs. What a FANTASTIC SERVICE I do recommend this company and yes I will use it again. THANKS Chichester Branch!!

Small issue with defective fittings but response time to rectify was quick, otherwise would have been a 5 as bench itself is lovely and exactly as described .

Really pleased with my order. June table and chairs with parasol and base and cushions, had a couple of slight problems . Screw that was faulty and an issue with the parasol base , both dealt with promptly.
