What a great company! We ordered a Bistro table and chairs (with covers), plus a 2.5m parasol a few weeks ago. Ordered arrived quickly and we found it simple to put together. The chairs and table are a really good quality, they feel nice a solid and yet aren't too heavy to move around the garden when needed. Also even more comfy when paired with the excellent cushions. I have no doubt the furniture will last for years to come. But the best bit was the after-sales service. A few weeks after we bought everything, we accidentally damaged the bottom pole for the parasol. I contacted Lazy Susan and asked if I could buy a spare. Nicoleta replied really quickly and immediately sent us a new pole free of charge. That is great customer service! I wholeheartedly recommend buying from this company. :)

My overall experience was excellent because every item was packaged with care and attention to detail, to protect items were individually with bubble wrapping, It’s easy to assemble we are very delighted with the lazy Susan, don’t have to stand often you only leave your dishes in front of you to rich at ease. Every chair is sturdy and feels secure and comfortable when seated. The colour is as you see online and we are enjoying it, in spite of the weather every opportunity we have we’re outside in the garden. I will recommend to request extra bolts. Many thanks to the staff assembling the items and taking great care. It arrived on the time frame they said it will to their destination.
Looks like good quality items [haven't used much yet with our weather at present!] and delivery was within a couple of days so that was also good. The downside however is the time and effort it took to put everything together. It was extremely fiddly and to construct 2 chairs and a matching table took over 3 hours. Much too long for what should be quite simple items and for the money paid. For the latter reason there is no way I would order such items again.
Excellent company to deal with. There was an issue where only part of my order arrived so I phoned to ask, it was the shipping company at fault. But customer services at Lazy Susan were amazing. I would definitely give 5 stars and recommend to friends and family. Oh and the actual furniture is beautiful, sturdy and simply just perfect 👌🏻
Excellent service from start to finish! A customer service team who actually respond to emails and answer the phone! A quick call enabled me to slightly customise the package for a parasol that was the right size for the space. Assembley is easy and the tools are provided. Spent an afternoon in the garden putting everything together which I was able to do on my own with the clear instructions provided. Now all we need is some sunshine to be able to enjoy!
Very good. Our furniture arrived quickly in good condition, and minor missing pieces (2 cushions from a large set) were immediately dispatched after an email. It's pretty easy to construct, seems sturdy and looks great. Minor niggles - some of the engineering could be more precise so the fit was more perfect, and the instructions for assembling tables are not correct so you have to figure it out for yourself. Time will tell how it endures and particularly whether the many nuts and bolts resist rust.
Wonderful garden furniture, attractive and seemingly durable. What more can I say? Maybe not the cheapest but cheapest is not necessarily the best!! I love mine.
