Order received damage, all 3 x cardboard boxes had holes in and the furniture was protruding out. Immediately called Lazy Susan. Was told not our fault that courier has damaged items! After much arguing, finally got the items collected and returned. Took over week to receive a refund. AVOID!!!

Items well packaged on arrival. Instructions on assembly were easy to follow even if some parts were a bit fiddly. I am a 82 year old lady and I assembled the furniture myself without any help.

No complaints regarding both the purchase and delivery of our Lazy Susan lounger. Apparently the fixings are all stainless steel which I didn't realise so hopefully not prone to rust. They also sent a replacement bolt free of charge that came off and was lost so excellent after customer service. I'd prefer a cotton cushion but the one we purchased will be easy to wipe clean so pros and cons there. All in all very pleased with the overall look and appearance of this item and assembly instructions were fine also.

The patio table and chairs exactly as described. They came well packaged and the instructions and fittings were excellent. Each item took about 20 minutes to assemble and easily completed by one person.

Love the design but bit disappointed with the quality (especially given the price) as all chairs arrived with chipped paint. Customer service has been excellent however as product replacements were sent along with touch up paint.

What a super company to deal with. From start to finish everything was so first class, from the ease of ordering, to all the followup communications, to the delivery. I am seriously impressed with the quality of the metal furniture, the parasol and the cushions are top quality. Very good value for money .. just what has happened to the weather? So British!

Customer service really went above and beyond. A lot of the chairs or our set had marks where the paint had worn off and they replaced all six chairs. Warranty was still valid, but great service none the less

Really quality garden furniture- this th the second item we’ve bought because we wee so impressed when we bought a garden bench so when we needed a bistro set we looked no further. Really easy to put together & great instructions. Looking forward to enjoying many summer lunches at our bistro table.

Great customer service- helpful, prompt response

We are really pleased with our garden furniture. It arrived quickly and had easy to follow instructions for assembly. We had a fault with one of the items, reported this on the Saturday lunchtime, had a response 2hrs later, with an apology and notification that a new one was on it's way. This was then received on Monday. In short, good quality furniture and excellent customer service 👌

I mislaid a bolt and a split pin during construction and they speedily replaced them with no charge
