Fast delivery well ahead of date therefore not necessary help prepared, however DPH delivery driver exceptionally helpful in placing 5 cartons in my hallway. All well protected and wrapped, although no instructions for the assemble of the table but sent immediately on request. Good quality but would recommend using own tools to assemble. Very happy with purchase especially with the lightest of the total set.
One phone call to company, sent photo as requested, call back within 1hour said will replace chair back panel (as first one was flacking) Recived replacement 2 days later. You could not wish for a more prompt response.
Ordered a table and six chairs. Came really quickly. Easy to assemble . Good quality furniture. Really pleased . Would definitely recommend this company. I ordered six seat pads then changed my mind as I wanted the full chair cover. This was dealt with so efficiently. Just waiting for the sunshine now
The furniture is great, there were problems with the delivery as two chairs were missing and it took a couple of calls to eventually get them sent. The furniture was quite difficult to put together- probably on an IKEA flat pack level - but now it’s done I am really pleased with it

Good customer service, as I wanted to discuss something over the phone. The table and chairs are good quality. I have since ordered cushions too. Delivery was as stated and within a time frame. I was also contacted by phone when the delivery men were on their way...which was helpful.
Prompt delivery but because the carrier didn't say it was from Lazy Susan I didn't know whether or not to ensure I could take delivery in person.

Love our new table and chairs, unfortunately since we’ve had it the weather hasn’t been nice enough to sit out and use it. It was easy to assemble with clear instructions and tools provided. The only downside for me was that DPD only gave me 2hrs notice of delivery, not everyone can work from home! If I had more notice I could have booked annual leave to ensure I was home for delivery. Luckily my neighbour happened to be in to accept delivery on our behalf.

Bought the original chairs nearly two years ago, and the paint started to peel on two of the chairs. Sent them a photo, and two replacement chairs have now arrived. First Class Customer Care.
Ordering by phone was easy with helpful staff. We didn't realise that the chairs were self assembly.
