Delighted with my garden furniture. It looks really smart, and designed to make it easy to clean. Disappointed with the cushions, but I guess for what they cost I can’t complain.
Loved the overall product but too many screws to put together in tricky places and one of the screws was faulty. That said the team sent out a replacement really quickly. But overall we wished we had chosen something more put together.

We ordered the Jasmine bench in antique bronze. There was a problem with the finish on the seat but it was dealt with quickly and effectively with a replacement seat. Excellent customer service and now happy with our bench.

The delivery was very quick
I have 2 lovely sets of garden furniture but one nut and bolt had fallen out of a chair and was lost. I emailed the company to ask if I could buy a replacement. They immediately sent the new nut and bolt free of charge. Customer service does not get better than that

I needed help to put it together but the results were good.
Good quality furniture made to an excellent design and at a reasonable price if you wait for a discount offer. The assembly instructions especially for the tables need to improved, as the recommended way is over complicated but doable. (Put the legs on first with the top upside down!)
Good attention by customer service when seeking to place an order, and prompt delivery. Shame about one item arriving damaged, but it was swiftly replaced.
