We ordered an Amelia, round six seater set with lazy Susan, cushions and parasol. Lovely furniture and looks great in our garden. Unfortunately the table was scratched. I sent photos to the service teams and they sent us a new table top, which arrived within a week. So pleased with the service and prompt dealing with the problem. Thank you so much.
Love the furniture although it did take me forever to assemble
There was a problem with garden furniture we bought a couple of years back but the parts were replaced without too much fuss. Efficient and helpful.

Absolutely love our new table and chairs. Top quality, looks beautiful and is comfortable too. Took a bit of time to put together but not overly complicated. We had one small issue and needed to call customer service. They knew exactly what the problem was and told us what to do. We also needed a replacement screw for one that was faulty and customer service replied to our email immediately and it arrived the next day. All in all, very thrilled with our experience and would recommend.
Had a problem with some chairs from a couple of years ago, company listed and acted promptly to resolve the problem and send out replacements within days. Very impressed.

I am happy with the furniture but not the delivery service. The delivery driver did not message me until he had left the area so I was unaware the furniture was in my building. My flat is on the 4th floor of the building- I had to drag the heavy boxes along the corridor to the lift & then along the corridor to my flat. The driver should have phoned me on arrival so he could have delivered the boxes to my property.
