I had an online chat with Charlotte this morning to discuss a potential order and she was super helpful, checking everything for me to make sure I was getting the details of beds correct and making sure she could do everything she could to help me. Super customer service!

From start to finish my experience with Irene was very friendly and professional, she advised me on everything I asked. I looked at a number of beds in various companies and can honestly say my experience with Land of beds at Pemberton was the best. I haven’t received the bed yet so can’t comment on that yet but I’m sure it will be as expected.

I ordered a king size divan and mattress from Land of Beds. Spending over £3500... Both were supposed to be delivered in 7 working days. They called me after 3 days to say there had been a mix up and they didn't have the divan. so cancelled that part of the order when the mattress came it was the wrong size so had to send that back too. Complete waste of time... to add insult to injury they offered me a 10% discount off my next order... as compensation, i'll never buy anyrthing from them again.

Julie who saw to our needs was very helpful.she has a nice disposition was very easy to talk to.we told her what we were looking for and straight away she showed us different types of mattress.once we found one we liked it was easy to complete our order.this is the second time we have used Land Of Beds we were happy with our first purchase that’s why we returned.you have a great employee in Julie she is an asset to your company.

Buying a bed is a major project especially when you are going for something really comfortable for a gift. Charlotte was very helpful in the chat when the end I was able to complete everything online including a late amendment . Price reasonable. Awaiting the new bed

I have now received my tempur bed. The sales lady Charley was very patient and managed all my expectations. As for the delivery, Sarah and Nicole really put them selves out , so that I received my bed on the day I wanted, I explained my husband was not well, and we were sleeping on a spare bed) . I can’t praise all 3 ladies high enough, they are a credit to Land of beds . As for the price I was saved £1000.00 because of Charley’s expert advice . Bed was delivered 1st November 2024. Just waiting for pillow protectors , which I was advised about . Very happy with the whole experience

8/11/24***** contrary to land of beds review we gave not had a response from the manager Claire. We have only spoken to a customer service agent We purchased an healthopedic ultimate zero gravity mattress from land of beds. Less than 18 months after purchase there are 2 deep wells where we sleep and a ' hill' in between us! We have rotated the mattress as per instructions every 4 months. After complaining and chasing land of beds we were informed it only had a 5 year warranty not a guarantee and as such we have to pay 20% of original cost for a replacement like for like despite them acknowledging it is defective!! There are no other options for replacement- you can only have same substandard mattress and pay £180. If you pay the afore said amount the ' warranty'( for what it's worth) is rolling so the new mattress starts with 18 months into the warranty. If the same problem occurs with the new mattress I was informed I would have to pay 60% as it would be 3 years into the warranty # madness! The mattress is not fit for purpose, is impossible to sleep on and is only fit for the tip. Awaiting a response from Claire the customer service manager

We ordered the Lola Kingsize Ottoman on Tuesday 29th October. The bed was delivered Thursday 31st! The quality is amazing. Sturdy, strong, the mechanism is strong and moves well. About 2 hours putting it together but we are in love. Couldn't ask for better service and quality. Thank you
